AE CosmoFluor® is a self-foaming agent when combined with surfactants. Fast drying compound without VOC; enhances blooming performance of fragrance. Volatile, fast drying flourinated compounds for cosmetic applications.
It can be mixed with emollient to improve spreading and gives a clean, non-greasy feeling. It allows faster blooming of fragrances, and removes light oils and leaves a cool fresh sensation on the skin.
