KEM DHA

Kem DHA is a broad spectrum preservative based on nature-identical substances. It represents a gentle and efficacious alternative in cosmetic preservation, designed to replace other preservatives which are currently questioned. With global approval in personal care products, Kem DHA is widely used for the protection of a wide range of cosmetics with slight acid pH.
Kem DHA is a well-balanced combination of the antibacterial benzyl alcohol with the antifungal dehydroacetic acid. It provides effective protection against Gram-negative & Gram-positive bacteria as well as against yeasts & moulds. Due to the presence of an organic acid, the antimicrobial activity increases when the pH is lowered with the best effect at acid pH up to 6.5-7.0.
