KEM WIPE

A new efficient alternative for gentle, complete and economic preservation of cosmetics with no controversial ingredients. Kem Wipe is a broad spectrum combination based on the globally accepted food preservative benzoic acid with the most effective and used preservative booster caprylyl glycol. This system provides efficient and skin-friendly protection with minimum content of preservative without affecting the colour and odour of cosmetics. Kem Wipe is globally approved in rinse-off & leave-on and it is ideal for the preservation of wet wipes in the pH range 3-6 at reduced use levels and reasonable cost.
Kem Wipe is a synergistic combination with wide spectrum activity on microorganisms. The antimicrobial action of benzoic acid is boosted by caprylyl glycol providing reliable and effective broad spectrum preservation against bacteria, yeasts & moulds. Due to the presence of benzoic acid the activity is stronger at lower pH.
